Skin Voyage is available to you anytime you'd like to relax and restore. To look and and feel your very best you can, it's recommend to get a facial every 4-6 weeks to deeply cleanse and maintain a healthy skincare routine.
All clients are required to fill out, complete, and sign a new client consultation form prior to their scheduled appointment. All clients will be required to agree to Skin Voyage policies. All clients are required to answer the new client consultation form truthfully and to state any medications or allergies they have to avoid any reaction to products used on them during or after their service. Skin Voyage is not responsible for any undisclosed medications or allergies.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the begging of your appointment. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancelations will result in 50% of the service price being charged to card on file. No fee will be charged for appointments that are canceled or rescheduled before or at the 24 hour period.
NO CALL / NO SHOWS. The client will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file and will only be able to reschedule once.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY. If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and the client will be still be required to pay full price. If the client is more than 15 minutes late for a service, the service may have to be rescheduled and a cancelation fee will apply.
All booked appointments are considered confirmed if not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelation / No show policy will be applied.
